culture, and guest experience of the restaurant from day one.
We are looking for hospitality professionals who work well in fast-paced environments, take

THE ROLE
The Restaurant Manager oversees daily front-of-house operations and supports overall
restaurant performance alongside the restaurant owner.
This role is responsible for managing service standards, staff performance, guest satisfaction,
scheduling, and coordination between front and back of house.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, restaurant management experience, and the
ability to maintain consistency during high-volume service.

RESPONSIBILITIES
● Oversee daily front-of-house operations
● Lead service shifts and support staff during service
● Hire, onboard, train, and manage front-of-house employees
● Build staff schedules and manage labour costs
● Ensure service standards are maintained
● Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
● Work closely with kitchen leadership to maintain smooth service flow
● Support opening and closing procedures
● Monitor cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards
● Maintain inventory and operational supplies where required
● Support team accountability and performance management

REQUIREMENTS
● 2+ years of management experience in a restaurant environment
● French is a big plus
● Experience in upscale casual dining preferred
● Strong understanding of service operations and labour management
● Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
● Serving It Right certification
● Strong communication and organizational skills

PACKAGE
● $60,000 annual salary
● Potential performance bonus
● Tip pool participation depending on structure
